The NI 43-101 technical report is entitled “Mineral Resource Estimate for the Escalones Copper Project Santiago Metropolitan Region, Chile” (the “Technical Report“) and is dated October 6, 2021 and dated effective August 15, 2021. The Technical Report was prepared pursuant to NI 43-101 by Hard Rock Consulting, LLC.
